Nose Cabinet
1967 Walnut, oil finish. 10"h X 8 1/2" w X 14" d Both the Nose and Ear Cabinet were created at the end of Peter's junior year at RIT. They both were designed to investigate the use of body parts as practical drawer and door pulls.

Bird Lamp
1967 Walnut and fiberglass. Oil finish. 70" h X 18" w X 24" d. The translucent egg shade was created using a large balloon and laminating fiberglass strips around it. The cord runs through the center of the rear leg.

End Table
1968 Honduras mahogany. Oil finish. 38" h X 20" w X 14" d. Peter couldn't resist playing on a pun by creating this humorous piece.

Throne Chair
1966. Cherry. 26"w X 22" d X 59" h. This chair was the last of the student works that were executed using only hand tools, and the first using the technique of coopering.

Writing Desk and Chair
1968. Walnut and fur. Following the lead of Wendel Castle, this stack-laminated form started Peter's senior thesis works.

Cow Chair
1968 Cherry with shaggy shearling upholstery. Oil finish. 5'h X 30" w X 36" d. Sold with stool (not pictured). This, the largest of Peter's stack-laminated creatures, surrounds and comforts whoever sits in it.

1968. Walnut with oil finish. 8" w x 8" d X 13"h. Another senior thesis project with a combination of lathe, bent laminations and hand carving.

1966. Walnut and cherry, with oil finish. 18" X 18" X 24" h. This table was a project that made Peter accutely aware of the importance of planning.
